Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number / info .

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable

Non of my items can be returned unless its the wrong item or certain damages.

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

If you would like a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
